JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for sales and service of corporate partnerships and hospitality
Assist the Talladega Business Development service team in execution of all marketing plans on property during race weekend
Assist the service team in service of all hospitality on property during race weekend
Responsible for making calls to existing customers and prospects to ensure 100% service and gauging interest in new business
Provide customers with superior service in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and timely data to effectively communicate to sales team
Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions
Responsible for assisting in the renewal and maintenance of all accounts
Work outside events including promotional functions, race week responsibilities, and weekends
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Business Development
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales and cold-calling is preferred but not a requirement
Self starter, career-oriented professional
Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in sports business is required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proven written and presentation skills
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Bachelors degree preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Compensation: Hourly.
