Job DutiesManage salespeople – conduct weekly/bi-weekly sales meetingsFollow a sales process guideProcess incoming website leadsProcess all vehicle sales paperworkProcess all title paperwork and BMV runs (acting title clerk)Notarize paperworkCustomer conflict resolutionMonitor flooring linesPay motorcycle invoicesKeep all current inventory on website with pricing/photosRespond to all voicemails/emails within 4 business hoursAnswer incoming phone callsGreet incoming floor trafficAssist clients on the showroom floor with motorcycles/apparel/accessoriesSubmit credit applicationsCredit counselingMail funding packagesStock in new units into dealership management systemCreate/label deal jacketsWork together with parts and service personnel as neededOrganize motorcycles in showroom – label all bikes with monroney labelsAdvertise current promotions in showroom/website listingsOther duties as assignedRequirementsHolds a valid motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain oneValid Notary Public or willing to become onePolished in appearance and well spokenProficient on a computer and with a multi-line phone systemExcellent verbal/interpersonal skills and phone etiquetteEnergetic and enthusiastic attitudeSmiles/makes eye contactKeep office area and showroom neat, clean and orderly at all timesEnjoys talking to all kinds of people and wants to build lasting relationshipsAttention to detail and multitasking capabilitiesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $30,000.
