BMW Motorcycles of Greater Cincinnati is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented and self-motivated individual!

Job Duties

Manage salespeople – conduct weekly/bi-weekly sales meetings

Follow a sales process guide

Process incoming website leads

Process all vehicle sales paperwork

Process all title paperwork and BMV runs (acting title clerk)

Notarize paperwork

Customer conflict resolution

Monitor flooring lines

Pay motorcycle invoices

Keep all current inventory on website with pricing/photos

Respond to all voicemails/emails within 4 business hours

Answer incoming phone calls

Greet incoming floor traffic

Assist clients on the showroom floor with motorcycles/apparel/accessories

Submit credit applications

Credit counseling

Mail funding packages

Stock in new units into dealership management system

Create/label deal jackets

Work together with parts and service personnel as needed

Organize motorcycles in showroom – label all bikes with monroney labels

Advertise current promotions in showroom/website listings

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Holds a valid motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain one

Valid Notary Public or willing to become one

Polished in appearance and well spoken

Proficient on a computer and with a multi-line phone system

Excellent verbal/interpersonal skills and phone etiquette

Energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Smiles/makes eye contact

Keep office area and showroom neat, clean and orderly at all times

Enjoys talking to all kinds of people and wants to build lasting relationships

Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Automotive / motorcycle Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • automotive / motorcycle: 1 year (Preferred)
