Strategic Database Research, Inc. has been a growing business in Deerfield Beach for over 23 years! We are now seeking a full-time, salaried individual who excels at effective phone, face-to-face, and written communications, both with external clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communications: Utilize professional interpersonal phone skills to maintain communication with clients via regular touch-base and update calls.
  • New Account Acquisition: Seek and nurture new business opportunities through telephone prospecting and face-to-face meetings.
  • Client Relationship-Building: Establish working relationship with clients, build trust, listen, interpret, understand, and communicate ideas.
  • Information Processing: Utilize written communication skills to share sensitive information to clients and internal team members via phone, face-to-face, and email communications.
  • Reporting: Create, update, and present reports on client communications to internal team members.
  • Account Management: Assist management in strategy and execution of clients' projects.

Self-motivated to maintain constant communication with all clients and internal team members

Persistent in outbound prospecting calling to uncover and develop new business opportunities
