ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executive. You will create, facilitate, and implement new partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships post-launch. In this role you will use your sales expertise to manage an individual territory. You will do so by successfully inspiring our customers and helping them achieve their distribution goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Executes all job duties in alignment with Dispatch’s core values, mission, and purpose

  • Works closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

  • Achieve individual market sales and production activity goals to achieve consistent revenue growth in assigned territory

  • Manages, tracks, and reports on all sales activities and results using our CRM, Hubspot to accurately forecast and report on current state

  • Works effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience

  • Plan and execute the Dispatch Partner Sales strategy to achieve sales goals


  • Ensure high satisfaction rankings with all partnerships


  • Travel to key launches and partner performance reviews to help better enable our customers


  • Provide regular operational performance feedback and issue escalation to Dispatch leadership and Partner leadership


  • Creates and delivers dynamic presentations to c-level executives that highlight Dispatch’s value proposition

WHAT WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)


  • Two to three years of previous high volume cold-calling experience (required)

  • Experience with email campaigns and CRM (required)

  • Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learn

  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively

  • Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships

  • Professionalism; being both resolute and diligent
