Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

Sansone Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing - Deerfield Beach, FL

This position is responsible for performing in-home written estimates for Air Conditioning Replacements and New Air Conditioning Installations. Listening to the needs of our customers, working with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and capacity goals.

Key Tasks

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Ge potential customers excited about Sansone and encourage them to spread the word
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customers’ needs

Qualified candidates will have HVAC knowledge and a mechanical understanding of air conditioning system operation. Sales experience is required and must be presented in the resume you submit.

This position is fully commission based with a weekly draw (commissions are paid monthly).

Must have a clean driving record - company vehicle provided.
