Selling our platform to 150+ large, midsized and emerging brands has driven our tremendous growth to date, and are seeking Sales Development Representatives to reach our revenue goals. Suuchi Inc.’s Sales Development Representatives will be developing and progressing leads on the outbound sales side as well as with marketing qualified leads (MQL's). This role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills as the target clients that you will engage with are decision-makers at large brands and retailers.
**Uncapped Commission**
Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from lead generation to demo stage of the internal sales process with the ability to articulate our value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
- Utilize cold-calling, prospecting email campaigns and other in-house sales development best practices to develop and qualify prospects while maintaining a strong funnel of qualified leads for the sales team to close
- Schedule demo meetings for the sales team and qualified prospective clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to accelerate the sales cycle and expand our reach globally
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for developed sales qualified leads (SQLs) as set forth by the VP of Sales
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B.S./B.A. degree required
- 1+ years of experience in B2B Tech Startup Sales Development, Lead Generation, and Sales
- Strong sales aptitude and fundamental understanding of the sales process (internal training provided for our complete process)
- Ability to identify and understand customer pain points and the ability to articulate the value proposition in an evolving business environment
- Ability to effectively utilize CRM and other sales automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior level executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and have a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be passionate and have a ‘can-do' attitude
- Fashion experience is a big plus to succeeding in this role
