Job Summary: The Sales Executive position is considered an experienced sales representative and must produce a minimum of $18750 in GP (gross profit) per month. This position should have a strong command of all aspects of the sales process, products, pricing, making GP and have knowledge of Motility CRM or another CRM. They will aggressively pursue all potential business and strive to obtain clients for profit of the business.

Position Objectives:

  • Perform profitably.
  • Learn and put to memory the company values and non-negotiable employee traits.
  • Become familiar with all bus manufacturers & their operations and learn the personnel/ organizations involved.
  • Initiate & maintain contact with the maximum number of prospects/clients possible within their assigned area.
  • Develop weekly plans, daily agendas and scheduled trip activity with these goals and objectives in clear focus.
  • Perform extensive travel to build and maintain strong working relationships with all customers/ prospects, as well as Alliance Bus Group personnel.
  • Aggressively pursue all sales leads assigned.
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep a positive attitude at all times when dealing with customers or working in the office.
  • Prepare and monitor all sales goals in written format to be discussed at weekly sales meetings.
  • Manage and monitor all written sales quotations and bus orders.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Participate in all sales training.
  • Participate in all sale’s promotional contests.
  • Monitor, review & process all expense reports weekly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of Inventory spec sheets and stay up-to-date of website-based inventory listings.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

This candidate must be a high school graduate and must have at least 5 years experience in outside sales with aggressive cold calling experience. Candidate will be required to travel in order to gain new clients. This candidate must be a self-motivated, charismatic individual who is capable of developing effective business relationships. Candidate will be required to have a commercial driver’s license with a passenger endorsement or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment. This candidate should also have an infectious enthusiasm to willingly accept rejection and celebrate the acceptance. This candidate will also be required to show proven sales ability.

Position requires physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job to include: sitting for long periods, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Compensation Plan:

The position will be paid in an exempt/salaried basis for all hours worked. The salary is fixed and the commission structure is based on net revenue based on the sale. Each year, depending on the overall gross profit the sales representative can move up or down the commission scale. It is a full-time position and will be paid semi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of the month.
