Overview Paragon Management Group is a local Association Management firm that works with a portfolio of neighborhood association clients. Job Skills/RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the Clients (Board)Meet with Client at Client LocationsGathering information for BudgetsCoordinate and direct contractors’ various client work assignmentsManage the administrative function of PMG, including but not limited to:Prepare collection lettersWork with attorneys on collections and property liensMonthly FinancialsAssigning and managing work of staff membersFollow-up on Written CorrespondenceMaintain and update mailing and client listResearch special order requestsProduce monthly Management ReportsEngage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the properties up to company and client standardsManage the day-to-day activities of maintenance, landscaping and snow removalManage ContractorsManage all contractor-related servicesAssist with specifications for biddingFinalizing bid and communicate with developer on awarding contractsCommunicate with contractors (daily basis)Coordinate contractor activitiesRepresent Client at meeting of contractorsAssist HomeownersAddressing complaints and resolving problemsVerbal and written communications with homeownersApprovalsAssist them with warranty workPeriodic property inspectionMeet with homeowners when requestedManage and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance, understanding of home owner concernsMeetingsBoard of Director Meetings (Monthly or less frequent)Neighborhood MeetingsCommunicationsQuarterly Newsletters for each NeighborhoodCreate and implement report formats, document spreadsheetsContinue to LearnAttend periodic job-related training sessions and seminarsMaintain a willingness to learn new job-related skillsBe A Responsible PMG EmployeeUnderstand the company handbook and adhere to Company policiesRepresent Company in a professional mannerORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: Focus on the ClientDemonstrate awareness of Client importanceUnderstand Clients needsTreat Clients and fellow employee with courtesy and respectSeek new ways to improve service to ClientsFocus on TeamworkDemonstrate commitment to shared team and Company goalsHelp co-workers to succeedDo equal share of the workBalance personal interests with the needs of the team and CompanyBe present and on time to meet individual and team responsibilitiesFocus on QualityTake personal responsibility for producing high quality workSet high standards for selfConsciously avoids waste of time, effort, materials, and equipmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
