WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Latin Dealers Sales Support Representative primary role is to provide customer service to the Latin American Dealers and administrative support to both our Customer base and the Field Sales Force. This includes the processing of all types of customer orders and order-related matters, resolving customer complaints, coordinating customer inquiries with other departments as necessary. This position also facilitates the international shipping process. In addition, the LAD Sales Support Representative position interacts with the Latin Dealers and Field Sales Force in Latin America, verbally and in writing Spanish/English.

Customer Service:
Processes inquiries, sales orders and deliveries from incoming customer requests in a timely manner, including drop ship export documentation.
Communicates to customers with order information and shipping details.
Investigates and resolves customer complaints, process equipment returns and credits, etc.
Assists customers with international shipping and forwarding arrangements.
Produces export documentation required by export regulations and the importing countries’ customs authorities.
Prepare, communicate and administer sales programs.

Field Sales Force Support:
Keeps the Field Sales Force informed of all customer-related activities within assigned regions.
Assists the Field Sales Force with resolution of sales related issues.
Generates and distributes required reports and information to the Field Sales Force.

Special Projects:
Participates in product of other Sales training as needed.
Supports training efforts for dealers, sales and service schools.
Attends and participates in department and company wide meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service is required.
Experience in one or more of the following is required: inside sales administration, customer order entry, or supporting remote sales field in a sales organization.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and problem solving abilities.
Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
