Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

We do not hire a lot of salespeople who each do small volumes. We hire a few salespeople who each do a lot of volume. So our salespeople need to be comfortable being busy and receiving the pay that goes along with that.

Looking for an experienced(3 years min) floor covering outside salesperson who wants to work for the fastest growing and best floor covering shop in the greater Seattle area.

Your mission is to close leads and manage jobs that come to us through many different channels that we have developed over the last 13 years of doing quality business.

A typical day would be arriving at the shop, going over the jobs with numerous crews before they are dispatched, field measuring jobs during the day, and doing takeoffs in the office on the computer and preparing and e mailing proposals while problem solving anything with ongoing jobs.

Will need to have the ability to easily establish and maintain relationships with prospects and clients. Someone who takes pride in tackling this jobs challenges. Needs to be service oriented, adept with numbers and measurements, takeoffs and have the ability to grasp and navigate the complexity of customers situations, margins and pricing. With strong problem solving skills who proactively and creatively seeks solutions. Wide bandwidth that can juggle multiple tasks and ability to probe and simply get to a real sense of customer needs.
