A leader in the field of installed building products in the Birmingham, AL area and surrounding markets is currently recruiting for a results driven Outside Sales Associate. Responsibilities include market analysis, educating and training customers about the company’s product features and benefits, services, prices and other key distinguishing characteristics in the marketplace.

Successful candidates must have a proven track record in creating new business through various channels in the construction industry and have strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with contractors and obtain a clear understanding of what the customer needs. Experience in retrofit construction, HVAC, or home energy efficiency services a plus. Entrepreneurial spirit is important.
