We are a rapidly growing company, we strive to be the employer of choice, and we are currently looking for a Sales Executive for our Reno, Nevada office.
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales goals through building relationships with customers, developing creative transportation/logistics solutions, and adding value to our customers’ markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify leads in our target markets through referrals, mining our customer base, cold calling and professional networking.
- Qualify prospects through research and building strong relationships with decision makers, stakeholders and influencers at prospect organizations.
- Prepare for and conduct business meetings with clients including initial and follow up fact finding presentations, solution and SOP building to close and on-board new clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner
- Prepare and furnish customers with comprehensive reporting and creative presentations.
- Collaborate with service teams to fully understand customers’ needs and how to meet them; providing excellence in customer service and communication.

Preferred Background & Experience:
- Excellent customer management skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ensures that the customer is accurately profiled and workflow is setup in CSP/Salesforce.
- Monitors workflow, capacity/allocation, service failures through the CSP/Salesforce Case Management tool, including Action Requests and effective corrective actions.
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ related sales experience
- A valid CA driver’s license
