Customer Service
- Coordinate all Customer Service issues. This includes but is not limited to:
- Creating all service tickets in Salesforce with a detailed description and contact information.
- Assigning all service tickets to Sales or Service staff
- Attaching all pertinent information to service tickets
- Document
- Receipts
- Etc.
- Send reminder once a week to responsible parties on open service tickets
- Email each service ticket contact before closing the ticket to ensure the issue is resolved
- Close all service tickets
- Turn in Open Service Ticket report once a month to the VP of Sales and Customer Service

- Customer Satisfaction
- Send out survey to client/contact each time a product is shipped
- Compile solicited (survey) and unsolicited feedback on feedback spreadsheet
- Send Feedback Report once a month to the VP of Sales and Customer Service

- Customer Service Documentation
- Revise and proof manuals as needed
- Make sure that all Customer Service documentation is saved and stored properly
- Oversee any change to these documents
Reception
- Answer incoming telephone calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel, and keep lobby clean
- and presentable. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Tradeshows
- Enter in tradeshow leads from cards, scans, etc. and enter them into Salesforce
- Follow-up on tradeshow leads (outbound and inbound calls and/or email), package marketing materials, and assist with tradeshows as needed
Engineering Data Entry
- Make sure that POs and quotes are saved and stored in proper place/folders
- Data entry for bill of materials
- Data entry for hardware inventory
Requirements
- At minimum an Associates degree. Four-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years customer service and/or sales & marketing experience.
- Familiar with basic data entry and telephone etiquette.
- Good verbal communication skills.
