PackGen is currently seeking to expand our team with a focus on growing our non-hazardous markets, including but not limited to, pharmaceutical, food and beverage accounts.

We are looking for individuals with 10+ years’ experience in bulk and non-bulk packaging, with an emphasis on unregulated material handling.

Our preferred candidates should bring a wealth of industry knowledge as well as the ability to introduce our product line to existing customers, contacts and prospects.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products through email, phone and other means such as social media and trade shows, we’d like to meet you.

Successful candidates will:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Demonstrate strong personal time management and high level of sales related activity
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and assess their needs through active listening to gather all necessary information for developing strong and accurate proposals
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Create sales reports
  • Develop forecasts to ensure the availability of stock
  • Demonstrate strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Handle complaints or objections professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

In addition to responsibilities related to sales, other Development projects may occur, including:

  • CRM transition
  • Trade shows
  • Marketing studies
  • New product development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to retain product knowledge
  • Understanding of vertical markets served
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
