We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Inside Sales Account Executive with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills to join our team in our Clarksburg, MD office. This position will partner with our marketing and outside sales team to drive lead generation, appointment setting, lead qualification and sales support to the Sales team.

This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills, follow-up and tight collaboration with the management team to generate new clients and maintain the existing customer base.

Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All candidates must pass a comprehensive criminal background check, as well as drug screening/testing.

Required Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting via telephone to either Maryland or Virginia public sector. Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
  • Solution selling.
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience selling IT solutions including hardware, software and services.
  • Prior customer service experience in the hospitality or entertainment fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Dynamic and highly motivated.
  • The ability to seek, establish, and maintain client relationships
