- Bring on new customers and organically grow them. In addition some customers may be handed to you to service and organically grow.
- Develop an overview of each customer and identify all possible opportunities in transportation.
- Identify and cross sell all of Becker Logistics service offerings. Offer all modes of transportation to customers.
- Reach out to shippers and consignees and earn new opportunities to expand our network. Referrals or other decision makers at company.
- Continue to develop knowledge in all areas of the industry to become well diverse.
- Sell current customers on contractual freight, segmented logistics and other Becker Logistics offerings that strengthen the relationships we have with each customer.
- Generate multiple opportunities per month that have a minimum volume level of one per week.
- Keep updated CRM records on accounts you are responsible to maintain.
- Minimum of 30 calls daily.
- If a load planner is added to assist your book of Business there is a deduction of 2% points for each additional load planner. The percentage covers the cost of salary and part of their incentives.
- Enter location codes for shipper/consignee into salesforce for leads and schedules a call to call on them.
- Exempt position with full benefits, medical, dental, vison, life, 401k, PTO, Vacation.
- Meet or exceed monthly margin goal (min 30,000).
- 20 hours of continued education per year on 3PL 360.
