Inside Sales Job Opening

Advanced Tower Components is a steel manufacturer specializing in custom and off the shelf wireless infrastructure products and commercial structural projects. Our customers include wireless carriers, tower owners and general contractors throughout the Western United States.

Advanced Tower Components has an immediate need for a highly motivated and talented individual for the Inside Sales Representative position in our Sales Department. This individual will work closely with senior members of the sales team on customer’s inbound requests for quotations and processing orders along with coordinating needs of the Project Management, Drafting, Sales, Production and Warehouse Departments.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Prioritize and prepare quote requests based on information provided by customer
• Work with business development team to follow up on open opportunities and new customers
• Clearly communicate to customers via phone and email answering any questions about products, their quote or order status
• Maintain productive relations with customers to ensure we meet our company goal of delivering customer satisfaction and quality that meets or exceeds expectations
• Process customer purchase orders received, verify against quote documents and confirm order specifics
• Assist operations and purchasing by coordinating back order logistics and receiving product
• Maintain a cooperative attitude in dealing with all departments of the company as a team player and a primary customer contact

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in high volume sales transnational business
• Experience in wireless infrastructure or a similar industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, experience using E2 or similar ERP software is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to solve complex problems with a high attention to detail
• The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment subject to specific deadlines that must be met, while verifying the accuracy of own and/or others’ work
• The ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels within the organization and follow instructions
• An acceptable attendance and prior employment record
• A person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results

Pay is dependent on experience
