Territory Manager Job Opening

TIS/Recharge by DTOne is seeking a Territory Manager based in Hollywood, FL with experience supporting a global company. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this role shall be responsible for achieving sales objectives, new clients or accounts for the TIS Solution. The Territory Manager will identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. This role involves frequent travel.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
• Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.
• Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
• Retain and grow revenue from existing clients.
• Understand Recharge by DTOne/TIS opportunity for the stores
• Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve weekly goals.
• Understand and learn about the POS and DVS industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
• Train all cashiers on how to use the service in each store.
• Place all POP material at each store.
• Service as a liaison between the stores and Recharge by DTOne/TIS (Marketing, Technical team, and Finance)

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 -6 years of Sales experience, preferred consumer product environment.
• Excellent communication skills, polished demeanor.
• Independent decision making while requiring minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel is required.
• Spanish fluency
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
