Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

Northern Basement Systems is growing rapidly and we are looking for a System Design Specialist to join our incredible team! If you are skilled in building genuine relationships, have the ability to understand the technicality of foundation systems, and are adept at the sales process (proven by a successful track record), this career is for you! We are seeking topnotch Sales Representatives to conduct pre-scheduled meetings with potential customers. As a System Design Specialist (Sales Representative) you will meet with potential customers on appointments through company generated leads (which means no cold calling) to determine the customer's concerns and provide solutions to resolve problems. Our salespeople make $60,000-$100,000 + by following our dedicated sales process.

What will you do?

• Drive to potential customers home and conduct appointments.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Write proposals for each customer account which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets.
• Provide follow-up to customers by phone and re-visits the customer as necessary.

What is required?

• Ability to legally drive a motor vehicle.
• Two (2) years experience in customer service or related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in the business field.
• Prior sales and / or construction experience preferred.
• Proficient working with computer software
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Reliable Vehicle

Required experience:

• Prior sales and/or construction experience preferred: 1 year
