Description:
InfoReady Inc. has an immediate employment opportunity for an experienced, versatile Senior Sales Executive. This role will drive the growth of our established, market leading software solutions in the Higher Education Sector. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for product and solution sales opportunities driving revenue acquisition and revenue growth in the Higher Education market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Expand client business through upselling and solution sales
Manage the sales process from introduction to contract to deployment
Vet Request For Proposal (RFP) opportunities from existing and potential clients.
Know how to listen to clients’ needs and friction points and develop unique solutions that satisfy them
Deliver compelling customer presentations
Achieve client renewals and upgrades maintaining our extremely low churn rate
Assist in developing new applications and solutions within the Higher Education Market
Complete all required activities such as forecast reports, pipeline reports, updating CRM etc.
Report status on a weekly basis Required Qualifications:
Extensive sales experience in Higher Education sector
Minimum 7 years of software product sales / solutions sales experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated track record of selling to senior positions
Proven track record of establishing and exceeding targets
Business-level knowledge of SaaS and workflow systems would be a plus
Driven, self-starting, independent, consultative sales professional
Strong passion, high energy and enthusiasm for growth
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing a small sales and customer service team will be a plus
Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
