Members Services Representative

Alaska Village Electric Cooperative, Inc., a generation and distribution utility serving 58 villages in Alaska, is seeking a Member Services Representative.

Position: Member Services Representative
Department: Member Services
Location: Anchorage, AK

Overview

This position performs monthly billing processes, maintains and updates consumer account records, receives and processes new applications for service or membership, assists with consumer account inquires, payments, and all other account or billing concerns, assists with collection duties, assists with receptionist duties, and all other necessary functions to support the success of the Member Services Department.

Position Specifications

Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
