Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

NORMco Energy Products is a family owned company specialized in providing the highest quality engine/pump equipment packaging, fluid transfer accessories and services, to the equipment rental/sales industry.

Our product lines are custom tailored for the oil and gas, agriculture, construction, mining, and municipal utility industries. Our in-house fabrication allows NORMco to design and manufacture products to fit any customer’s specific needs.

The Position

• Promote the sales and rental of fluid transfer equipment such as engine / pump packages, lay-flat hose, and accessories in the State of Oklahoma.
• Minimum of two years previous equipment rental experience in fluid transfer equipment stemming from the oil & gas; construction; mining; agriculture; or municipal utility industries will be preferred.
• Any equipment sales/rental experience will be beneficial.
• Establish effective working relationship with Customers to determine needs and product demand.
• Meet profit and growth goals by negotiating and closing equipment sales and lease agreements.
• Assist Management in developing equipment marketing strategies.
• Prepares necessary reports, summaries, and information designed to provide accurate industry data to Management.

Compensation structure will be Salary plus Commission basis.

Total Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
