JOB SUMMARY:
The inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidates must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working across a large organization, generating interest, qualifying prospects and assist in closing sales.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and deliver The Imagine Group value propsotion
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Respond to customer’s quotations, needs, inquiries, and concerns
- Setting appointments for Strategic Account Management and/or Business Develeopment
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve key sales metrics and goals
- Use self-initiated research, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM, etc.,
- Secure interest to the point of securing a face-to-face visit by appropriate sales team member(s)
- Maintain touch with the prospect through the initial sales
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Coordinate and assist with frequent promotional communications to prospects
- Update CRM with accurate segments, contact, and key account information
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving sales metrics/goals
- Strong customer service skills, phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to articulate solutions and features, answer questions, and present options.
- Strong listening to understand the cstomers needs, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Experience:
- inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Track record of over-achieving sales metrics/goals: 3 years (Preferred)
