The Commercial/Fleet Sales Consultant at American Fork Ford has the opportunity to identify, advise and sell vehicles to fleet and commercial account customers. This role will work within the business community and local government agencies to build relationships and drive vehicle purchase programs in a business-to-business environment.

- We offer a $3,000 monthly guarantee for your first three months. After which you will be paid on a gross-based commission pay plan. The pay plan pays on both "front" and "back" gross with no dealership packs withheld on fleet and commercial deals.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Identify and develop new commercial business prospects.
- Service accounts in person and via phone, looking for incremental growth opportunities.
- Assess customer wholesale inventory needs and offer solutions.
- Deliver a best in class customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth.
- Maintain contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.
- Solicit commercial, fleet, and government accounts.
- Coordinate with Fleet manager and Admin to ensure quality deliveries of all fleet sales
- Supply manager with monthly forecasts of fleet vehicle deliveries.
- Follow up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease company, and commercial account vehicles routinely.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Minimum 18 years old and able to work lawfully in the US
- Valid in-state driver's license. Must be able to pass a drug/MVR/background screening per company standards
