Outside Sales Representative Job Opening

As a result of our continued success, Lincare is seeking highly motivated Outside Sales Executives to join our team. Lincare’s Outside Sales Reps play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the medical community, as well as conducting in-services educating them on the use and application of medical equipment.

• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and quotas
• Present products to prospective clients
• Obtain a predetermined number of oxygen referrals and setups from referral sources per month
• Prepare and submit approval plans for sales territory management
• Provide marketing information to management as requested and/or made available

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; College Degree, preferred
• Previous Customer Service and/or Sales Experience
• Experience selling DME, Medical Equipment, Hospice, and/or Home Healthcare experience, preferred
• Knowledge of basic selling skills, Medicare, insurance reimbursement, and accounting practices, a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
