Upgrade General Contractors Inc. is looking for door-to-door motivated sales representatives to generate leads and appointments for residential customers. We specialize in impacts windows, door installation, air conditioning systems, and roof replacements in South Florida.

You will be responsible for finding prospects and working with customers through their entire renovation process. Our goal is perfect customer satisfaction and our focus is to make our customer's dream home a reality. Ideally, we are looking for self-starters with previous sales experience who are looking to make a long-term career in sales.

You will follow up on all leads, prospects, opportunities, and client requests. Continuously develop the territory by cold calling on potential clients, following up with them, and growing our customer base. There is no limit to your growth with our company. You can work close to home or any territory you choose within the Miami-Dade and Broward County area.

This is a 100% commission-based position with bonuses paid when you meet your appointment goal plus the commission from the close of your sales. There is an opportunity to earn a salary of over $100,000 in your first year.

We offer quick and efficient training to get you started as soon as possible. You will work closely with our contractor to ensure your customer is comfortable and happy with their results which always leads to referrals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pursue impact windows, doors, air conditioning systems and roofing sales leads as assigned
  • Contact leads, schedule appointments, provide estimates, and collect down payments
  • Document all sales activities using our CRM software
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Act as the point of contact for customers throughout construction projects
  • Communicate with sales manager, office personnel, and all management
  • Generate your own leads during down time
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

Requirements:

  • Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired
  • Must have a proven success record in past sales management/leadership background.
  • Must be willing to walk a roof and be physically capable of doing so
  • Must have some roofing, windows, doors and siding experience
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
