Business Development Manager Job Opening

ERS of Northern AR, Southern MO and Memphis is seeking a motivated, goal oriented individual to make sales calls throughout our territory calling on contractors and insurance adjusters and making presentations, and attending events and trade shows with the primary goal being getting referrals and jobs in the door. Relationship building skills are a necessity. The base salary will be combined with commissions on qualifying jobs and bonuses for reaching target revenue levels. Compensation has potential to exceed $50K depending on performance. Training provided, but sales experience and experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

Salary: $25,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
