Opportunity:
BrainStorm is currently recruiting entry-level account development professionals for their winning sales team. Successful team members will generate and advance large corporate account leads for territory sales managers. Responsibilities for the position include:
- Place outbound calls and uncover potential leads by performing a needs assessment to identify pains and concerns with the prospect
- Cultivate leads through the lead generation process, starting with initial contact, lead nurturing and lead qualification, and ending with the transition of qualified leads to territory managers
- Work closely with marketing to implement coordinated campaign efforts
- Identify key decision-makers for targeted F1000 companies, uncover opportunities, and create pipeline for territory managers
Compensation is base salary plus incentives. Medical, dental, 401k and other benefits are included. Positions are available in the American Fork, UT headquarters.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have experience in lead generation or inside sales. Strong professional communication is a must. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Heart and soul is required.
