Sales Support - Quality Assurance Job Opening

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Rexburg, ID. This is not a sales position, but instead a supportive & administrative role for our call center. You will be considered the “go-to person” for the center; someone our Sales Managers and Leadership Team can rely on. The ideal candidate will have a high-level of energy & a strong presence on the sales floor, a go-getter mentality, and a willingness to learn all of the ins and outs to the position.

Some of the core responsibilities include:

• Review sales agent notes in CRM for accuracy
• Listen to cancellation calls and provide recommended feedback to sales agents
• Live call reviews and one-on-one coaching
• Contact our network of technicians for any routing/scheduling arrangements
• Being a "closer" by taking over escalated calls
• Generate various reports as needed

About you:

• No experience needed.
• Computer skills & Good communication skills are needed
• Attendance a priority
