As demand for Neo accelerates, Avidbots is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR). This SDR role drives all early-stage sales activities for our growing field sales team. What You Will Do
The Sales Development Representative is the face of Avidbots to prospective customers, from their very first engagement with our company. To succeed in this role, you must be both tenacious and emotionally intelligent in your approach to cultivating customer demand for our robots. You’ll design, execute, and manage multiple account-based marketing campaigns, in a fast-paced, agile selling environment. You’ll write compelling prospecting emails, and follow up with insightful phone interactions, to ensure Avidbots understands and can meet each prospect’s unique cleaning requirements. In every customer interaction, you’ll work to establish Avidbots as a “trusted advisor” to the facilities management industry. On a daily basis you will:
Articulate the Avidbots value proposition (to business and technical personas), to assess customer requirements and buying interest
Research target accounts, define buying personas, identify key players, and gather contact information
Plan and execute outbound Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, working closely with Marketing and Demand Generation teams
Send precisely-written business emails, and conduct highly effective follow-up phone calls. This SDR role is responsible for high volume cold emailing and cold calling, on a daily basis.
Conduct effective conversations with senior level executives, including business-focused needs discovery
Qualify sales opportunities, and facilitate prospect introductions for the field sales team
Manage contact data, sales campaigns, leads, and opportunities in salesforce.com and other sales/marketing automation tools
Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs. Analyze sales and marketing metrics to help us optimize internal sales processes
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategy and execution

Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field is required. An MBA is desired.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales prospecting roles
Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, listening, and comprehension. Demonstrated prospecting (cold calling and cold emailing) expertise is an absolute must
Hands-on experience using sales and marketing tools, including one or more of the following: Salesforce.com, Discover.org, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, Salesforce Inbox, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, SalesLoft, Bombora, etc.
Very process driven (we may be small but we run a tight ship!). Strong attention to detail and accuracy is expected.
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies is desired. Experience as a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executive is a definite plus
