Sales Executive - IT Professional Job Opening

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sales Executive for our IT Professional Division. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their earning potential! The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating IT Direct Hire and Contract job orders for our IT Professional Recruiters. This is a unique opportunity at QPS as the Sales Executive will have an unlimited territory and ability to grow this division. This position will be located at our corporate office in Brookfield, WI

The Sales Executive will prospect new and existing leads through referrals, cold calling, setting appointments, and conducting customer meetings. Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers by attending networking and association events and ongoing customer service. The Sales Executive will work closely with our IT Professional Recruiters and the Director of the Professional Division to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Highly self-motivated by sales quotas and success
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle is required
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
