Description:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and proof phone/ecommerce orders for accuracy in pricing, product information and create customer order
verifications.
  • Utilize Salesforce software to enter new customers/prospects, customer notes, populate pipeline, record traffic, etc.
  • Confirms product inventory and shipping expectations employing a variety of resources to include Syteline.
  • Triage and respond to LiveChat, eShop and phone/electronic inquiry.
  • Assist in compiling week/daily batch and financial reporting
  • Maintains and supports wood, fabric and leather sample library.
  • Manages product, pricing and estimated build/shipping lists.
  • Assist in development of training tools and Standard Operating Procedure documents.
  • Work with shipping partners to secure quotes and changes.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s or higher degree required
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving, time management, prioritizing and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for handcrafted fine furniture and sensitivity to quality design and fine arts
  • This position primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours; however, overtime may be required during a
peak or busy season.
