NATIONAL ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER - FINAL MILE

Position Summary:
National account sales leader accountable to deliver new revenue growth opportunities to the enterprise. Heavy emphasis on large customer relationships in the e-commerce retail space that can deliver consistent, repeatable over-dimensional volume in the business to business, and business to consumer space. Ability to present our differentiated value proposition to customer purchasing experts, compelling the customer to purchase UniGroup services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Target, develop, and sell new customer relationships that fulfill the enterprises business strategies.
  • Record new business opportunities and effectively represent them to the company.
  • Iterate with Solutions Design team, packaging best value solution for the enterprise and customer.
  • Work with marketing to develop supporting sales collateral.
  • Comply with enterprise CRM and Sales Activity technology expectations.
  • Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline that support business revenue growth targets.
  • Create, develop, and conduct sales presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Present and close on price increase actions.
  • Become involved as necessary in customer service resolution actions.
  • Travel – 40%

Qualifications:
Education, License or Certification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a business-related field.
Experience:
  • 5 years of transportation experience, with at least 3 years in a management and direct customer sales capacity.
  • Final Mile delivery experience is preferred.
