Territory Sales Representative Job Opening

Moro USA, Inc., the North American distributor for industrial grade Moro Pumps which is a worldwide leader in vacuum trucks, vacuum pumps and accessories. We are looking for a self-motivated Territory Sales Representative. This position will be responsible for taking the Western sales territory and growing it by cultivating new relationships with customers.

This position requires you to reside in a Mid-West US state (i.e. Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, etc.).

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Build strong understanding of product line, industry, competitors, and customers
• Make contact and meet with customers to review their business needs and present MORO solutions
• Provide follow up training and support of MORO products with customers
• Work closely with president and management team to improve sales by identifying new customers, markets and developing market strategies
• Work closely with other staff throughout the sales and fulfillment process to ensure that we exceed customer expectations
• Assist in maintaining/building relationships with existing/new customers
• Assist in identifying revenue opportunities with new customers and markets

Required Experience/Skills:

• 3+ years previous outside sales experience with proven growth performance
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen and assess customer needs
• Previous experience in on site sales calls, presentations and customer training
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience in industrial vacuum pump or related industry is a plus

Travel Requirements:

• 3+ days per week making in person sales calls, presentations and on site training
• 1-2 weeks per year for conferences and trade shows
• Paid expenses and car allowance
