Regional Technical Manager Job Opening

Tune and troubleshoot air filtration systems/equipment for proper operation.

Determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.

Manage a team of service technicians including involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals.

Handling face-to-face inquiries as well as phone tech support from clients.

Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of commissioning, on a daily basis.

Develop, strengthen, & maintain client relationships.

Take total ownership for client account including address issues and responding to any incidents, such as a fire or dust collection unit not operating properly.

Generate opportunities from existing clients for the sales team.

Electrical background and technical knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years of experience, trouble-shooting and servicing commercial/industrial ventilation and air conditioning systems in management role.

An understanding of control wiring, refrigeration, PLC’s, and building management systems.

Must possess a strong work ethic, be respectful, honest and display a professional image.

Ability to communicate with effectively with customers and develop business relationships.

Ability to travel frequently with over night stays. Will primarily involve travel within the mid western states.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Activities require handling and grasping with the hands when performing repairs
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, gas or fumes.
• Ability to wear hearing and eye protection as required.
• Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to climb over and into heavy equipment several times per week.
