Job Functions

• Actively seek guests out to assess their needs and provide assistance


• Provide a safe and clean shoppable environment for our guests


• Stay on top of current inventory to ensure the shelves are full of product that is properly merchandised


• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with guests, co-workers and management

Job Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred


• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Provide excellent guest service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with guests, peers and management


• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter guest information
