• Grand Forks, North DakotaThe Sales Consultantis responsible for being a partner in life change for our customers on their journey to a healthier lifestyle through exercise, nutrition, lifestyle changes and supplementation. This position is also responsible for the day to day care of the retail store, sales and marketing, and follows approved company policies, procedures. Passion for the health/fitness industry is required.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Consistently contributes to the growth and success of the company;
2. Manages customer relationships by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintains outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service;
3. Responsible for the customer experience including the reviewing InBody body composition analysis, nutrition, exercise, and supplement regimens for each customer
4. Responsible for store operational functions along with keeping the store visually appealing;
5. Recommends and initiates changes for maximizing goals and objectives;
Other Duties and Accountabilities:
- Opens and locks/secures the store when scheduled;
- Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store, both interior and exterior, according to company policy;
- Attends all meetings as scheduled and participates in other meetings and conference calls as required;
- Complies with all company policies and procedures;
- Participates in additional duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
