Who You Are & Your Responsibilities

  • This is a B2B outside sales role.
  • 1+ Years industry experience. Be an expert merchant services/technology industry.
  • Know the complexities of interchange and the various sets of hardware & software available for your clients.
  • 1099 – Independent Contractor Status with weekly pay options
  • Upfront Commissions ranging from a minimum of $200-$3,000 per deal
  • Uncapped residual income with vesting equity - residual buyback options after vesting up to 20X the value - even if you don’t work with Paymentsmith forever
  • Strong work ethic, desire, ability to build relationships (FAST) and competitiveness are a MUST.

  • Ability to leverage existing COI’s and build new ones to help deliver and sell Paymentsmith’s solution suite.
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve with or without direct management involvement. Every day and every scenario will be different; we need a sales leaders who can think on their feet in a fast-shifting environment.
  • Comfortable with face to face prospecting
  • Highly competitive, ethical and honest
  • Accustomed to a short sales cycle selling solutions and services
  • Ability to develop business relationships with strong follow up skills
  • Commission based sales background with experience closing 6+deals per month
Attributes & Requirements

The ideal candidate; has a positive attitude, competitive, collaborative and has no fear of breaking into the unknown.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an energetic entrepreneurial spirit are a must.
1+ years experience in B2B sales, specifically; SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services
Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and stay customer focused in a fast paced environment.
You’re an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive - show us your grit!
Experience in building value and owning the entire sales process from initial interaction to implementation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CRM Management. (SalesForce preferred)
