Metropolitan Renovations has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In-home labor estimates/sales for the Home Improvement division.
  • Measure project and draft plans using 20/20 to be used for project planning.
  • Review plans/options with customers and estimate labor costs based on renovation project.
  • Pre-close customer on project estimate; cost and timeline
  • Meet with designers to go over project plan and labor estimates.
  • Responsible for interpreting specifications, blue prints, job orders and company policies and procedures to employees.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with many structured touch points.
  • Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of prior existing Home improvement estimating and sales.
  • Previous residential or in-home sales experience a strong plus.
  • Must have experience in Kitchen and Bathroom design and blueprint layout experience, floor plans and building permits.
  • Must have general construction knowledge in Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Tile, Countertops, Cabinets, Carpentry and Drywall.
  • Computer experience with MS office suite and an estimating software (AutoCAD, 20/20 etc.)
  • Buildpro, BuilderTrend or similar construction mgmt software experience a strong plus.
  • Detail oriented and excellent customer service experience.
  • Reliable transportation and clear/valid Drivers’ license.
