Job Summary:

• Handle incoming calls and e-mails from customers
• Communicate with customers as well as designers concerning the sale of shower doors, parts and installation.
• Quote customers pricing on standard and custom shower doors, barn doors, vanities, mirrors and parts.
• Order entry and management including printing, processing, distribution and posting.
• Communicating with various departments including estimation and project management.
• Handle calls and e-mails from various influencers, such as designers, architects, and general contractors
• Gain extensive knowledge of shower door manufacturing, parts and installation.
• Misc. department duties include: mailing of small parts and product literature, filing.

Requirements:

• Experience in the door, shower, vanity, design/architectural or hospitality industry.
• Customer service/sales experience
• Basic keyboarding
• Pleasant phone voice
• Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet & e-mail.
• We use a custom software system.
