The Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Specialist is responsible for providing services to clients approved into the psycho-social rehab program. The scope of services provided by this position utilize a broad array of intervention techniques required to effectively address client needs. In the PSR program, these may include the following: behavior management, social competency, problem identification and resolution, effective communication, self-sufficiency, and life goals. Provider may use intervention techniques include: behavioral management, crisis management, social connection, and resource support.

Requirements:

Must have active NPI

Bachelor degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, child & family studies or

Four years experience of direct work with youth and adults in a social service capacity is required with a degree in a related field of human services.

Must be connected to NV Medicaid and have active NPI Number.

Skill Set:

Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Demonstrated skill of writing treatment plans, case notes, etc.
Operate a computer in regards to Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• of direct with youth: 4 years (Preferred)
• Organizational Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
