We are looking for a competitive Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in the Lebanon area. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. This is a base salary, plus commission, car allowance, and quick start bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work inside a proven sales training system to build strong relationships and close more sales.
- Get the sale using various sales methods to include, cold calling, employee referrals, etc.
- Use proven methods as well as developing your sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Follow up on warm leads as well as research accounts and generate sales leads in your assigned territory
- Attend meetings, sales events and training's to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Record daily activity in CRM as well as managing sales funnel in that system
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience (Staffing Sales Preferred)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with a CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- High school diploma is mandatory and a college degree preferred but not required
