Inside Sales Representative Job Opening

We are a glass display case manufacturer located in Sparks. We ship our products nationwide and to Canada. Our customers include businesses, individuals, museums, and federal and local governments. Customers generally find our product online and call our office to get more information and place an order. We offer a wide range of products with options available and different color finishes. Custom showcases are a significant segment of our sales. We have a small office environment where initiative and salesmanship are encouraged. Pay is based on performance.

Tasks

• Creating accurate quotes and follow up
• Customer service
• Managing distributor program
• General office work

Skills

• Excellent product knowledge and solution oriented
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills
• Must be comfortable working with customers over the phone
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales in merchandising
• Self motivated and take initiative
• Familiarity with sales software
