• Cartersville, GeorgiaServeCo International a leading service company to the furniture industry seeks an experienced Account Manager to take over all client account management responsibilities for assigned key account. The successful applicant will focus on developing process and procedures to assigned key accounts. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We're looking for a detailed oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement. Account manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Account Managers liaise between clients and Customer service staff to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service according to consumer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients. Responsible for leading a team of Customer Service representatives and dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned accounts.
Mechanical experience in Adjustable beds or Mechanically inclined a plus
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Ceo
Forecast and track key account metrics
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor and analyze customers service scheduling and inventory levels
Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Liaise between the client and internal teams
