Requirements:

  • Develop new business including cultivating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Understand the value of retaining loyal customer in any business.
  • Successfully manage an existing client base with fellow team members.
  • Enjoy working side by side with clients, senior level managers, peers and vendors.
  • Have outstanding organizational and communication skills with a dynamic personality.
  • Enjoy periodic travel and visitation of clients on site.
  • Be highly motivated, a self-starter and comfortable in a sales setting.
  • Live within reasonable commuting distance of our corporate headquarters located in Odessa, Delaware.

Duties:

  • Report to senior managers and grow existing client base.
  • Personally interact with client at client sales locations as requested.
  • Grow and increase levels of responsibility quickly.
  • Contribute to the development of new product offerings.
  • Support Senior Account Executive on special projects as needed.
  • Facilitate monthly communications to client, client locations and team members.
