We are currently seeking a Business Support Specialist to work in our Auburn, ME office.
Business Support Priorities
- Set-up and assisting with regular prospecting to agent customer database (CRM
- Assist in maintaining agent web leads; custom follow-up campaigns, newsletters, and correspondence in customer databases (CRM)
- Personalization and customization of agent websites
- Managing home property files in our electronic file management platform
- Design and distribute printed/electronic company branded flyers and eCards
- Promotional assistance with open house activities
- Provide consumer content for business promotion on social media platforms
- Order office supplies and marketing materials
- High-level data entry and processing in accounting software
- Advanced training opportunities in all software platforms
- Maintain accurate office activity reports
- Achieve/maintain proficiency in suite of products offered by BHGRE and The Masiello Group
- General IT support
- Develop and lead various initiatives with office manager and home office team
- Onboarding orientation and in-office training in all BHG platforms
Qualifications
- Motivated, energetic team player
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
- Social media savvy
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
- Effective verbal and communication skills
