Job Description:

Sales Development Representatives are part of our fast paced NetBase Sales team and support 1-2 “territories” and/or Sales Directors. Sales Development Representatives focus on strategically developing and qualifying new opportunities within their assigned territory through inbound and outbound lead generation. Sales Development Representatives work closely with the Sales Directors as well as Marketing and Product Management teams. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, high energy, self-starters comfortable with a fast-paced daily routine.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified new business meetings to drive pipeline development
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors on strategic target account lists
  • Collaborate with Marketing on events, campaigns and webinars
  • Build new lead lists in CRM adding contacts, sending emails, nurture relationships
  • Conduct qualification conversations with prospects and suggest appropriate products
  • Schedule and Manage multiple calendar items of demos, road shows, events, on site visits.
  • Evangelize NetBase and the use of NetBase Social Intelligence solutions
  • Report to the SDR manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, features and pricing plan

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-5 years’ experience as Lead Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales or similar role
  • Strong desire to be in SaaS Technology Sales
  • Previous B2B cloud sales experience with agencies and/or brands
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
  • Energetic Team Player
  • Positive Attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work remotely with successful track record of achieving goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud computing sales
  • Consistent over achiever in reaching targets
  • Salesforce.com, Outlook, Pardot experience and knowledge
  • Degree preferred, but not required
Location: Can be working remotely, anywhere in the USA.
