Job Description:

OptimalShip, a DHL Express International Shipping wholesale service provider, is looking to hire well-qualified individuals to work as an Inside Sales Representative in our professional Rexburg, Idaho office. You will be in contact and work directly with international shipping businesses here in the United States to qualify them to us DHL Express shipping with our wholesale discount rates.

Benefits and Compensation:

Flexible Scheduling: You create your own work schedule each week!

Hours: 20 hrs/week Monday - Friday (7 am - 5 pm) No Saturdays or Sundays, EVER! You can work more hours after training is complete.

Compensation: $11.00 to $13.00 / hour base rate plus weekly and monthly bonus/commission.

Bonus range $13.00 - $30.00 per hour

Qualifications & Experience:

• Effective communication strategies including active listening
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Keenness to detail and ability to multitask
• Goal-oriented and patient
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Must be energetic, outgoing, and possess the ability to connect with people over the phones
• Experience working in sales or telesales is highly preferred, but not required to be successful
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Must be able to work 20 hrs/week Monday - Friday between 7 am - 5 pm, can work more hours with approval

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships while providing world class customer service
• Develop Industry knowledge and deliver persuasive communications
• Make initial and follow-up contacts with current and prospective shipping businesses
• Accountability for hitting goals, targets, and performance
