• Springdale, ArkansasUnder the direction of the Executive Director, the incumbent oversees all aspects within Intake and Marketing activities. Develops and implements a comprehensive Marketing / Strategic plan of events/activities that promote name recognition, census growth and quality improvement initiatives. Oversees all aspects of the development of enrollment material for the program and presentation material to the community, participants/families and staff. Ensures all intake and marketing policies, procedures and information are compliant with federal and state regulations. Develops and maintains business contacts and relationships across the service area with agencies and providers affiliated with services benefiting the elderly. Supervises personnel involved within the Intake and Marketing team. Functions as the representative for PACE of the Ozarks. This position has exposure to communicable disease and body fluids. Physical activity involves periods of sitting and standing (80%) with walking of short distances (20%). Frequent travel within local and surrounding counties.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
AR Drivers License; Auto General Liability Insurance, Professional license as appropriate
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
A bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, social services or another health-related field. If the degree is in social work, appropriate AR license is required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within marketing, public relations, or social services activities required. Must have at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly clientele. Thorough knowledge of current concepts and practices of health and social service programs for the elderly, particularly in-home and community-based. Knowledge of the Medicare/Medicaid and other payment programs within Arkansas regarding seniors. Effective organizational and planning skills. Positive interpersonal skills; ability to effectively present program model and philosophy to individuals, groups and the team.
